Pre-work litter pick at Sandford Brake
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Oxford.

I've recently moved to a slightly different area of Oxford and have enjoyed discovering some new walks and paths - but not enjoyed the litter! Sandford Brake is a fairly wild area of forest near Greater Leys and judging by the amount of beer cans I found, is a place some people hang out for a drink, as well as for a walk with their dog. I filled 2 bags of litter (including the mysteriously ever-present car parts) and dumped them in my bin. I'll have to make a return trip soon to cover more of the forest, and bring sturdier bin bags!

Would it be a good idea for us to bring reinforcements to help one weekend?
Potentially! If people fancied coming all the way out here that would be nice. Lots of other places nearby with scope for litter picking too.
