Mission

Reassuringly familiar...

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

I'm not sure at what point something qualifies as routine, but it all felt comfortably familiar this morning - the first early morning ride (in the sunshine) to sign up on the door for the foodbank (third on the list this week, no gold medal but still a podium finish) and then the later return ride to Mrs E's to pick up her letter from her daughter at 1100 and the short walk to the church.

Say hello to a few of the friendly faces waiting their turn and to the hard working volunteers (who somehow manage to retain their calm each week) and then wait for the call to the table - tie up the bags to make them easier to carry and its back to Mrs E's and a quick chat with her daughter about how it all went...thankfully pretty smoothly this week, all the practise must be helping in some way!
