Run and shop

For the first time in a while, I ran (round the block a few times as it’s so local :) ) to the mission instead of walk/cycle.

It was a quick mission as I have done a few times for Mr T and now I can even help him to check his shopping list to make sure nothing is missed on the list.

Went round the shop and came back in 45mins, I had a good catch up with Mr T on current affairs for 30mins and had good laughs on them too. Mr T was happy and I left him with a happy note.
