As the sun shone and goodgymers, parkrunners and bootcampers all saw the litter glistening.
We met Tim and David (KEEP BRITAIN TIDY) at the rangers hut and got kitted up. Bin bags and litter grabbers the weapons against litter.
We spent an hour tidying the outside gym, skate park and the Bull Meadow area.
As always with litter picks there was some odd stuff. A mangled bike wheel with chain and all, a metal rectangular thing and a poor deceased fox(which didn't go in a bin bag). Jade got first prize.
We ended with 9 large bags full of litter in just an hour.
HUGE thanks to GB bootcamp and well done to Phillip on their Goodgym debuts.
5km and warm fuzzy goodness all before lunch.
Peace and love.
