Sardine fishing in Iceland...

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Today I learned that tinned fish don't all swim together...at least when it comes to shopping in Iceland.

Everything was going so well on Ms A's list - late dated milk ("reach to the back of the fridge"), teacakes (missing in action last time), Nando perinaise (who knew?), and the smaller size of bottled water that she wanted...and then it came to the fish course...

Catching the tuna was easy enough, but when it came to hunting down the Brunswick Sardines, that proved a whole new challenge, especially as they didn't seem to want to swim with the rest in the tinned fish aisle. A few tours of the Iceland aisles later (and with a bit of help from someone with local knowledge), they were found in their own basket (net?) in aisle one...far far away from the shoal.

List now complete it was back to Ms A's for a festive farewell - and then off to celebrate my 300th mission sitting next to the busy A3 eating a Gregg's sausage roll...lunch of champions.
