1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Mr T was happy to see me and we had a little catch up, today he wanted some specific soup from a different shop but no big deal as we goodgymmers are there to make them happy where possible. I went out and back within an hour had more chat on the political issues after. A good day.
