Helen and Ana came down to York gardens to help make the park a cleaner place to relax in and in some other peoples case, dance. But before we did all that, a bootcamp session was initiated. It was a nice easy exercise session that worked the whole body. The common weakness for the group seemed to be arms. So we did some bar work. trying to lift ourselves up onto the bar as well as doing push ups and inverted pull-ups. Everyone got an A for effort in the Hanging challenge and I was impressed by how long they held on for. After about 50 mins of sweating it out. We got down to the nitty gritty of the clean. We managed to clear up the main bit of the park where we saw a man practising his dance moves. It was a good job done and we look forward to the next bootcamp.

Thanks so much for this Chi- great bootcamp, motivation and challenge! Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks so much Chi...it's a sign of a good session when you're still feeling it a few days later. Great fun.
