Shopping for Ms L
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

Ms L had a Foodbank delivery she needed dropping off as she couldn’t make it out.
First I tried to call her to let her know I was on the way, and then to see what she might like at the Foodbank. Unfortunately no answer so she got a nice surprise from the team.
Said hi to my fellow goodgymmers at the Foodbank, thanks for your help!
I had to stop several times on the way as the tins were pretty heavy but I made it in the end.
Dropped Ms L her food and wished her well. Over and out!
