Sieving, sweeping, watering and weaving!
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Hilsea Lido in Portsmouth.

6 of us arrived at the Lido and as usual Paul had multiple tasks for us, some more heavy than others. Duncan and Lucy took the heaviest task, sieving a pile of soil and wheeling it a fair distance, before pulling the loaded bin up the stairs to the new flower bed. Louisa and Catherine did the weeding, always so many, and weaving the prickly bramble through the fence tasks, and they did a marvellous job in between peeking through the fence at the wakeboarders!! Mel and I watered the roses and all the pots around the Lido with 2 watering cans and one tap to keep the refills. Connector on the hose was broken so quite a few steps walked. We also did a bit of sorting and sweeping in a couple of the rooms. It was very hot and I for one was ready for a cool shower when I got home. Great job people. We love the Lido and always happy to help with anything they need.
