Sofa Workout - Full Body
5 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Barnsley.

5 GoodGymmers accepted the Sofa Workout - Fully Body Challenge.
This week's fitness challenge was a full body workout using just a sofa (or chair) - a surprisingly good burn and all major muscle groups worked! The workout was as follows:
- 20 x squats (lower down to the sofa)
- 10 x tricep dips
- 20 x mountain climbers
- 10 x ab crunches (sit on the sofa edge with legs raised straight out, then crunch in)
- 10 x one-leg split lunges (stand facing away from sofa, place one foot backwards onto sofa edge, other leg forwards and lunge down and up)
- 20 x hip thrusts (shoulders leaning on sofa edge)
- 10 x push ups (variation: knees on floor)
Repeated 3 times.
GG regular Rachel made the most of the sunshine by taking her workout outside with a chair. Good thinking! ☀️
