Soggy Circuit!
3 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Birmingham.

Tonight's task was unfortunately cancelled. With the weather being on the somewhat soggy and windy side we decided to do a run and circuits.
We set off through the Jewellery Quarter, then joined the canal on the Soho Loop, before heading past Brindley Place and onto St Paul's Square.
Once arriving at the square, it was time for some circuits. Squatting, lunging, press ups, wall squats were all involved. I took a few pictures, some better than others as you can see! The last one being the wall squat for one minute was probably the hardest exercise, though as you can see Laura and Morwenna were still smiling!
Once done, it was a case of just the short run back to 1000 Trades.
