- Tuesday, 14th of March 2017
10 fantastic runners came along this evening for a nice flat 7.4k run out to The Nest Project to help sort through a mountain baby clothes ready to be distributed to families that need them in the Bath area, check out the full details http://thenestproject.co.uk
A slightly injured trainer tonight but never fear a solution is here in the form of the lovely Emily leading out with Mary back marking.
Big shout out to everyone who ran Bath Half on Sunday with lots of PBs, so Well Done!!!
Time being tight for this one with a warm up on the way out to kick start the evening . Steph followed and waited at various points to ensure they didn't take a wrong turn (roll on lighter evenings) not long now. A very energetic group arriving as fresh as daisies to get sorting through Baby clothes for Pip who was eagerly awaiting our arrival.
Lots of sorting and folding clothes into piles ready to be placed in the storage boxes, making it much easier when families come along to locate what's most needed. 30 minutes just didn't seem long enough but Pip assured us that our speedy and efficient organisation was an amazing help.
Just about enough time left for a little grab a dab on Boomerang before saying goodbye and making the journey back to the leisure centre for a nice stretch out.
Thanks again to Joe (a punny kinda guy) for tonight's pun.
