What could be more pleasant on a sunny Wednesday morning than a quick and healthy shop for Ms L, whose list would delight even the most ardent nutritionist, and whilst it was busy on the pavements outside, once in the all too familiar Sainsbury's everything could be found without any difficulty and I was back with her mostly green ingredients in no time.

If Carlsberg did GG shopping missions then this would be a contender...but of course nothing so unhealthy would make it close to Ms L's exemplary shopping list.
