Squeeze if you wanna go flyer, baby

This week 15 fabulous GoodGym-ers ran 4km to help a local community project supporting disabled kids in the area.
We delivered hundred of Markfield Project flyers to the houses near Markfield Park, whilst also working on engaging those glutes with a quick conditioning circuit before running home.
We were greeted by fabulous newbies Kate and Seb – Give them a cheer!
Props to Dave, Cathy, Oisin and Kate for helping with the carrying!
After a quick warm up in front of the leisure centre, we were off on our run to South Tottenham, with Paul our trusty back-marker. We then split into three teams, with Dave, Emily and I all leading some runners down parallel roads, meeting up and splitting up until all of the flyers were gone. We are incredibly efficient! We hammered out a fitness session focusing on engaging the core and squeezing your butts. This meant we made it back to base before the random downpour hit!
Props for this week's pun go to Dave
Good luck to everyone running the River 10km on Sunday! Remember to wear your GG shirts!
Apologies for taking so few photos this week! I don't know what happened!
