A nice lunchtime cycle, taking the Tate and Lyle route today to drop off Mrs P and her husband Mr P's prescriptions. Mrs P is lovely and always expresses her appreciation of the volunteers helping at Royal Docks as well as how impressed she is that I can walk up several flights of stairs to her flat without getting too out of breath. Nothing like a fitness compliment to send you away with a smile on your face 😊
