In a last minute change to the task we spent a delightfully drizzly Friday evening outside picking litter instead of inside sorting clothes!
Never people to let this get us down, we headed over to the Stamshaw cycle path (Sustrans NCN route 22) armed with torches, lights and litter pickers.
We found a pumpkin that had been left out for squirrels, a wheel rim, a bike light, a long stick/broom handle/Gandalf's staff and all the usual cans, bottles and general rubbish.
We also did some literal singing in the rain and found that GoodGym does have talent... Christmas show anyone?!
We were sent on our way by the sounds and a fews sightings of the Whale Island fireworks.
A good deed well earned tonight ladies. Top marks! 🏆
THANK YOU Louisa for the report title, genius!
