It was our return task to Antz Kids at St George's Church this evening with a garden task of

Anything you want to do Manjit

That was our brief from our wonderful task owner Eva.

What we love about coming here is that they are so relaxed and so appreciative of everything we do that they always treat us to the best fruit and dark chocolate ginger biscuits at the end! I'll admit to having two!!

So Sandy and I cracked on with giving the garden path a little bit of weed removal! We'ed worked hard on clearing the path section by section including a little litter pick and trim back of the bushes.

All in time do a few press ups, talk about training plans and chat about the return of our group runs (4 weeks to go..we hope!)

A lot is done in a GoodGym session...

  • The task - cos thats why we are there

  • Chat about life - cos its good to talk

  • A booking for a gig - cos we are so rock n' roll!

  • Eat a pineapple - cos we are healthy

  • Eat a few choccy biscuits - cos we are sweed like chocolate

We will now be returning to Antz Kids on Wednesay 7th July (it would have been a group run session but is now a community mission...)
