It’s nearly the start of term so we set about tidying the overgrown entrance to the nursery school, chopping back and sweeping the paths and pavement to make social distancing as easy as possible.
We had a visit from a small person (and mum) asking if the nursery was open as she was missing her friends and didn’t believe her mum. Oh to be that keen to get back to school.
Two full wheelie bins and a couple of black bags later, everything looked a lot tidier. And we’d caught up on a lot of chatting.
