Last night was a little different, with no task available instead we got out the weights and took on some circuits.

Kettlebells and dumbells at the ready we headed to the park for a whole body work out. While one member took on a running loop the rest selected their weapon and took on an exercise.

It was good to feel the burn and we discovered how quickly you can loose your strength.

I hope Kate's cat was not used as a kettle bell once Kate realised her kettlebell weighed the same amount as her Cat. James has the target of working on his triceps.

Thank you to Adam for giving us a cool down and stretch. And Thank you to Anne for giving us tips on techniques - she is the bootcamp queen!

Next week we are meeting for a litter pick!
