The Great Rake-oning
11 GoodGymers made their way 5.9km to help the Friends of Tottenham Green in Haringey.

Eleven Goodgymmers applied the 'rake it till you make it' mantra tonight as they lent a hand to the Friends of Tottenham Green in making our former HQ stomping grounds look ace in the evening sun.
Woop Woop Corner
Everybody make some noise for GGH's very own Magic Dave who has bossed and buzzed his way to the wonderful 250 Good Deeds milestone. You can always trust Dave to go the extra mile in whatever task we land at and here at GGH HQ we always get a little frizzante sensation when our Dave is signed up for a task. Here's to the next 250!
Also, welcome back to our Shani, making her long-awaited homecoming return after what felt like a very impressive century-long globetrotting session. Nice to have you back.
And we would be churlish not to report that absolute sweetheart and GGRedbridge stalwart Dharmesh blessed us with one of his Goodgym-trotting visits, in spite of feeling a little bit under the weather. Boss!
Raking A Fuss
We love visiting Laura from the Friends of Tottenham Green as her to do list is ever-expanding so we are never short of fun jobs to do at the Green.
Earlier this week, the Council's very own grass stylists gave the lawns at the Green a quick shave but as it was a passing visit, most of the pasture trimmings were left behind. Enter Goodgym Haringey.
We were tasked with giving the Green a good rake, boy oh boy, did we rake good! Pile after pile of mowed grass was collected and transported to be used as compost elsewhere on the Green.
A smaller team also did a very thorough litter pick, while another sub-team dealt with a section of the park that had been tough muddered a la Finsbo by a naughty driver.
At around 8, we wrapped things up and ate cookies to celebrate our Dave before we all went home still with a bit of sunshine lighting the way. You gotta love Spring.
Join us next week for more fun and games!
