The sage is set for 100 good deeds!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Age UK Lewisham and Southwark in Southwark.

A fab four of us met in Age UK's garden this afternoon to give it a tidy.
There was a lot of weeding to get stuck into, as well as cutting back some rather overgrown sage bushes. The Age UK staff encouraged us to take the cuttings home, so sage is on the menu across Southwark tonight!
It was also a chance to celebrate Richard's incredible achievement of 100 good deeds, which he hit earlier today. Richard has been a GoodGym member for less than a year and has racked up the good deeds over lockdown. He's earned his wings before even getting a chance to wear his 50 T-shirt. Look out for him in some shiny new threads soon!
Special mentions also to Emma who was our plant/weed guru and Ceiling for her excellent photo coordination and posing.
We'll be heading back to Age UK again in a few weeks to see what other herbs we can scrounge (and help them out of course).
