Tree loggers
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Trinity Close Residents Group in Solihull.

- Led by Rob
Last night GoodGym Solihull returned to help the residents of Trinity Close!
We started off by cutting back a very overgrown raspberry bush, trying our hardest not to get pricked by one of the very sharp thorns! Once we had filled a sack full (and we could no longer safely reach the rest without the aid of ladders) we moved onto chopping some trees down!
As pictured, Chris was in his element with John’s (the task organiser) new chopping tool (well once he had worked out how to use it)! With Chris making hay with chopping down all the small growing trees within the bushes, Liam, Jackie, Fiona and myself were left with the job of chopping them up into small pieces and bagging ready for collection. Luckily, we managed to complete all this before the heavy rain fell on us! Unfortunately for Chris, he did get a little wet on his cycle home but said he found it “quite exhilarating”!
We will be back at Trinity close on the 26th August ready to chop more trees down and get the communal garden looking at its best – see you then!
