On a VERY hot Sunday morning, 3 Goodgymers helped Mr and Mrs J's daughter to get their garden back into shape. The main task was to cut back an over grown tree and clear as much of the garden as we could.

Clare had a go with the electric strimmer, however quickly decided it might be safer for all of us if we just got stuck in with our hands. Rachel got straight to work on pulling up weeds and getting covered head to toe in sticky plants. And I had a good go at chopping and sawing down some branches from the tree.

In total I think we must of filled 10+ black bags, and that was only half of the garden...

Watch this space, to be continued another day.
