A chilly evening soon warmed up as seven Goodgymers strode through the streets of Colchester to complete another helpful and worthwhile task.
Still buzzing from last weeks milestone fun and with another social on Saturday, the midweek "midnight marauders" cleared up Storm Eunice's mess with a few very grateful residents thanking us. one gentleman even made us tea!
So a tea fueled interval session with some core and upper body complimenting it ensued before heading home.
