6x400m was the name of the game for this week's training session and those who didn't already know found out that 400m is the devil's distance to sprint!
Channeling our inner Iwan Thomas / Roger Black (both local GB 400m record holders) we headed out for our runs.
Rachel and Jo recreated the feeling of track running by using Canoe Lake for their laps.
Maura and India met up at the weekend and ran in Bransbury Park (they even bumped into fellow GoodGymer Laura when they were out).
Vicki went out early, starting in the dark to run up and down Kirby Road and admire the lovely houses at the same time.
Jen went out last minute and ran her 400s just before the Zoom social.
Caroline stayed local and "off island" and I ran some laps of Great Salterns making a fundamental error on my 5th rep running further than 400m 🤦🏻♀️
Great efforts by everyone as always. Next week..... Hills! Good luck.
