We Never Monkey Around!! 🤥

Tonight saw us return to the wonderful charity, Motherwell.

Before getting stuck into the task, we headed out for our weekly dose of Goodgym fitness. To start off, it was just Maurice and Nicola with Kat joining us a bit later. Maurice and I decided to head down to Joey the Swan to take in a bit of a woodland walk. We had a lovely chat as we walked, catching up on the events of the week, in particular, Maurice’s Parkrun tourism in Germany. Our walk led us through some woodland area where we spotted a friendly wooden carving. Nicola almost fell over after slipping on a wet tree stump and Maurice very nearly repeated the same mistake!! Thankfully we we saved ourselves before ending up in a big pile of mud!

Back at Motherwell, Maurice and I were joined by the lovely Kat. We got straight into the task, which was tidying up the garage. We always enjoy tasks like this and find it quite therapeutic and rewarding to see the end result. We put our bright lights up (dark nights have sadly now set in!), and set to work. We re-organised, swept up, and had a bit of a general sort out. As always, we had a good laugh while we worked – see pics for evidence!! The garage was looking much tidier by the time we’d finished!
