WEED all about it ...
5 GoodGymers made their way 8.7km to help their local community in Stockport.

Over the last few weeks, we've been packing in the outdoor tasks and embracing the lighter nights before the nights draw in.
We regularly help the Friends Of Bramhall Park with tasks to keep the park in its pristine and immaculately maintained condition and a few weeks ago, we spent a wonderful evening with The Friends bashing Balsam.
Balsam is a pesky plant and even with an evening spent bashing it to smithereens, some more had appeared and so, not ones to shy away from a challenge, 5 GoodGymers ran back to finish the task!
Our run was a leisurely and social downhill mile, welcoming Emma on her first run with us, and also welcoming back a few new GoodGymers who are now becoming regulars!
At the park, we picked and pulled and pruned the Balsam, and even had time to pick the very last of the season's blackberries before setting of on the uphill return.
WEED beat the Balsam!
