Mission Success!!
Is set off to Boscombe High Street, which isn’t too far from my home, and the weather was looking very lovely!
Pop into boots and barely any queue, collect Mr D’s prescription and safely put it in one part of my bag. Then with a bit of time to spare I go into the Sovereign Center to see if they had something I needed...but he queue to the shop was massive so I turned around...
....I step outside and the heavens open up...torrential downpour....well, is GoodGym lot aren’t made of sugar so off I went the 5 mins to Mr D’s.....
Managed to keep his prescription dry and then walked his delivery up only to realise that we had crossed paths. I took the stairs, not wanting to touch anything, and he’d taken the elevator to come and meet me!
After a quick chat and Mr D being super grateful that despite the weather I had dropped off his medication, he jokingly offered for me to walk his dog in this weather....I super wanted to walk his dog and for him not to be joking....but not part of the mission I’m afraid....maybe next time!
Job done and home to get dried up!
