GOODGYM WOKING ARE BACK AT THE RSPCA

Last night we went back to Millbrook to help clear out one of their paddocks. 107445

It was a very hot evening but that didn't stop GoodGym Woking Members taking on some manual labour and get rid of some weeds and brambles. The Paddock is used as an agility paddock for dogs and was starting to get over grown round the edges and needed a good cutting back. We were joined by Peggy the dog who is a delight by not much help with the gardening but she keeps Nick out of trouble.

To help keep the heart rate up we headed off around the grounds for a loop of running. The grounds are stunning and is an enjoyable run on a summers evening. With the success of the paddock being cleared as GoodGym Woking struggle to not finish a job that they've started!!

We found out that GoodGym Member Sandy is looking to take on Race to the King, Race to the Stones and Race to the Tower next year - Thats an impressive amount of miles!!

Next Week

We team up with Kingsmore Park Development on an extra special task. We have a new route planned and will have an extra special guest.
