Leading the team of outside Marshalls, which is simply a reason to carry a walkie talkie and wear hi-vis! The team, everyone and the clients maje this the best job ever! Happy to help though today it’s 4.5 hours in gusty winds, hail and rain which did make it less fun than usual!
