Wrecking the decking
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Saturday, 19th of August 2017
Ana and I arrived at Mrs Elizabeth's house on a sunny Saturday morning. She had some old rotten decking that was in a bit of a state and needed ripping up.
With the help of a random assortment of tools we got stuck in. It was extremely satisfying work, especially when a whole panel came up at once!
Mrs Elizabeth hung out in the garden with us and had a chat while we worked. Our mission was quickly accomplished and she seemed pleased with the result.
