It was a rather chilly evening for May, but Martin was on fire when he arrived at FoodCycle - offering to use his experience gained at our recent Temple Tasks to cook up a nice hot potato and vegetable curry, with a side order or vegetable rice. Gill was once again put on pudding duty, and decided on a cold dessert to use up some of the 100 boxes of strawberries that had been donated. A lemon flan base topped with custard and then strwaberries in a berry coulis.

Our fellow GoodGymers Abdo and Derrick arrived to help the hosting team and were great at serving our guests their dinner and then cleaning up the hall afterwards.

It's always fun to team up with the other FoodCycle volunteers on a Tuesday night and it was lovely to have so many guests comment on how delicious the food had been once again.
