Have a banana

I went to visit Miss A yesterday, for the first time this year. Its been a couple of weeks since i've visited so it was great to see her and catch up. I took along some bananas 🍌 as she'd mentioned to me on previous visits that they're her favourite fruit and as i'd been at the supermarket earlier in the day, I thought they'd be a nice, New Year treat. When I arrived Miss A opened the door and ushered me in like a naughty tenager who'd missed his dinner. We soon got chatting about how we'd spent our Christmas' over a nice cup of tea and gave her the bananas i'd brought along for her. She was delighted and wasted no time in having one with her tea. Miss A always has the telly on in the background and there was a quiz on, so we had fun seeing who could answer the questions first. She was very good. Storm Henk was building up outside so after about an hour and a half I said goodbye and I look forward to visiting again soon.
