Miles with style and one big pile!
11 GoodGymers made their way 5km to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.

Hot 🥵 and sunny 😎 Luton saw a big crew of GoodGym runners and walkers make their way to the Riverside path nature reserve where Goldenrod plants were rapidly growing up.
This invasive plant needs pulling pronto, before it spreads its seeds to other areas. We started early this year so anything we've missed we can come back and get when it starts flowering and makes itself obvious!
With our big group we made a mega pile and hefted it out to the roadside for collection. Satisfyingly it was substantially bigger than the other pile that a different group of volunteers had collected 💪
Then it was back to our starting point at the university for Rebecca's brilliant birthday cakes 🍰 Happy Birthday Rebecca! 🎂
