5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Wardown Parkrun in Luton.

Five runners went along to support Luton’s weekly parkrun in Wardown Park, taking on barcode scanning and marshalling duties. All runners ushered safely round Conker Corner and cheered up the Mound of Opportunity before having their times recorded for posterity.
