Sloe going work!
2 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the ABCD-in-Luton in Luton.

Two runners tackled the hill out of town and up to Stockwood park, then through Farley Hill to find our task on Winsdon Hill, an overgrown blackthorn hedgerow (full of sloe berries!) that was taking over the footpath.
With a lot of help from other community groups who came out for the Great Big Green Week we reclaimed the footpath, uncovered the street lights, and cleaned up a massive amount of litter in the woods.
A good, hard mornings exercise, many calories burned, and great community links made!
