Mowing the lawn for Mrs S (flexi) (wk1)
Mrs S will feel safer when accessing the garden and shed, due to the lawn being in better condition. She has COPD and becomes breathless and is unable to attend to the garden herself so this will allow her to enjoy her outdoor space.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
