Daughter is a young carer for her mother, mum has poor physical health where she is unable to lift items. This support will impact on her daughters emotional well-being in a positive way by having a lovely bedroom and safe space. The family have had lots of trauma in there lives and would promote well-being as well as practical help to achieve a better outcome for the family

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
