Lawn mowing and garden tidy for Ms S (wk1)(flexi)
Ms S has sciatica and has tried to do the garden herself which has aggravated her condition. She also struggles with her mental health and would really benefit from having a nice garden where she can enjoy the sun.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
